To choose your advanced Word options, select File > Options, and on the left pane, select Advanced. Set up the way you select, replace, and format words and paragraphs.
- Accept or reject tracked changes in Word - Microsoft SupportAccept or reject changes one at a time. Click or tap at the beginning of the document. On the Review tab, go to Changes. Select Accept or Reject. As you accept or reject changes, Word will move to the next change. Repeat until you've reviewed all changes in your document.
- Customize the list of recently used files in Office appsClick the File tab. Click Options. Click Advanced. Under Display, in the Show this number of Recent Documents list, click the number of files that you want to display. Tip: To not see any files in the recently used files list, set the Show this number of Recent Documents list to zero.
