Bookmark or Share- What does the red x showing on files and folders in file explorer ...I had this, red circle with white crosses showed my one drive was full (although I had emptied it). I just went to the hidden icons, clicked on the one drive cloud, went to settings and unlinked it or signed out. Hey presto, they were back to normal. Which is ok if you don't use the one drive like me.
