This issue was FANTASTIC. It's ultimately classic X-Men fare, "protect the world that hates and fears you," but it's done in such a way that it doesn't feel overly familiar despite similar things happening over in X-Men Gold. It is written stunningly smart, forward, and progressive. More @Wikipedia
