Bookmark or Share- Sims 4 will not launch on EA app - EA Answers HQMove the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)

I have to completely turn my PC off to get out of the loading screen. My Sims have random negative mood interactions and I can't enter build mode. - [LD] Kids With Grim/Grimborn Trait Aged Up with Scrunched/Distorted ...My affected sims are sims born to Grim with the Grimborn trait. I don't know if it's only sims with that trait or new sims born that are affected. This will be something I'll have to explore more on. I saved the two kids when they were infants and aged them up to see what they looked like. They looked pretty normal.
