Bookmark or Share- Create a summary of your document with Copilot in WordYou can ask Copilot to create a summary—or when you open a Word document, you can get a summary at the top of the document. Note: This feature is available to customers with either a Microsoft 365 Copilot (work) license or a Copilot Pro (home) license.
- Save a Word document as a template - Microsoft SupportTo update your template, open the file, make the changes you want, and then save the template. In Microsoft Word, you can create a template by saving a document as a .dotx file, .dot file, or a .dotm fie (a .dotm file type allows you to enable macros in the file). Click File > Open. Double-click This PC.

- Create a template - Microsoft SupportStart with a document that you already created, a document you downloaded, or a new Microsoft template you customized. Double-click This PC. Type a name for your template in the File name box. For a basic template, select the template item in the Save as type list. In Word for example, select Word Template.
