- Squealing sound when driving - DodgeTalk ForumWhen driving at most any speed i hear this squealing noise. It stops whenever i apply that brakes. I had all my pads as well as two rotors replaced, the other two where resurfaced, about two months ago. At low speeds it i can hear it off and on, like as the wheel rotates. i hear it then it goes away, then comes back. Any ideas what this could be.
