Bookmark or Share- Repeat table header on subsequent pages - Microsoft SupportYou can choose from two ways to set up your table so that its header row or rows repeat. You can do the following: Select the header row or rows that you want to repeat on each page. The selection must include the first row of the table. Under Table Layout, in the Data group, select Repeat Header Rows. Or, you can use this approach:
- Insert a section break - Microsoft SupportUse sections breaks to divide and format documents of all sizes. For example, you can break down sections into chapters, and add formatting such as columns, headers and footers, page borders, to each. Select where you want a new section to begin. Go to Layout > Breaks. Next Page Section break starts the new section on the following page.
- Configure headers and footers for different sections of a document ...Click or tap the page at the beginning of a section. Select Layout > Breaks > Next Page. Double-click the header or footer on the first page of the new section. Click Link to Previous to turn it off and unlink the header or footer from the previous section. Note: Headers and footers are linked separately.
- Use section breaks to change the layout or formatting in one section of ...You can use section breaks to change the layout or formatting of pages in your document. To change formatting in a document, insert a section break at the beginning of where you want the change. Set up the formatting change just past the new section break. If you want to change formatting again, put in another section break.
- Convert text to a table or a table to text - Microsoft SupportTo convert text to a table or a table to text, start by clicking the Show/Hide paragraph mark on the Home tab. This lets you see how text is separated in your document. Insert separator characters—such as commas or tabs—to indicate where to divide the text into table columns.
