Still, it's typically faster shipping than the free option. I'd never pay for ShopRunner, but it's free and makes packages arrive faster. Their app and their site are terrible. But the service itself has been fine.

I signed up for shoprunner a few years ago under a freebie thing so I didn't pay anything. I still have an account and haven't paid. We used it for free domino's delivery and free 2 day shipping on a couple websites.
- Is ShopRunner garbage? : r/amex - RedditYes it is only considered 2 business days, not regular days, so also if you order in the afternoon, that day doesn't count for the the 2 days. Nice if it works, but find it annoying. Sometimes works with Saks, sometimes doesn't, even on the same order, just different years. ShopRunner is fine.

I know this has been mentioned for the CSR and Amex cards, but I was able to get Shoprunner complimentary with my CSP card number. It was useful, as I was able to get free shipping for an Under Armour order. I was pleasently surprised - thought I would share in case anyone is interested.
