- Tesla named 'The Deadliest Car Brand in America', NHTSA data showsWe looked up the data and crunched the numbers in another thread using Lars' figure of around 7billion miles driven by Model Ys by the end of 2022 and the NHTSA FARS numbers. iSeeCars has the average SUV fatality rate at 2.2 cars per billion miles, the Model Y was something north of 7 if I recall correctly

As @kabin says, I think it is better to refer to this as an FSD stop - NHTSA has never required anything other than the minimum complete stop to indicated 0mph at the location required by state law, which has nothing to do with what FSD does. If it were a NHTSA stop, it couldn’t change or improve.
