Bookmark or Share- Musical Theater college admission 2025(or any other schools if you want!) I haven’t seen a thread yet with many prescreen results from the HS class of 2025 for MT! I will update my results throughout this process. BM: (Vocal Performance, MT Conc) MSM (not yet applied) NYU Steinhardt Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Rest are BFA/BA Programs in MT: Syracuse Carnegie Mellon

We all know the very competitive “Ivry” schools for Musical Theatre, but I am trying to compose a more balanced list of schools to increase the acceptance possibilities. Which BFA schools are NOT considered “1st tier”, but are more reasonable? Not necessarily “safety” non-audition schools, but audition BFA schools that would be considered middle-class?

- Musical Theatre Majors - College Admission 2024that’s what i was wondering too, i’ve tried to find a concrete answer but have yet to find anything! another interesting thing i found about the prescreen decisions: on the acceptd page it says by the second week of January instead of the first (but doesn’t specifically say for performance core), and since I haven’t seen anyone get their results back they may come out this week instead!
