- Which Rotary Rake should I buy | Hay & Forage ForumLove the Kuhn, no roping of windrows...nice and fluffy. I was looking at Kuhn 4220TH and Krone 38T. After doing a side-by-side comparison I decided on the Kuhn. The Kuhn is a bit wider, 4 tines per arm and parts store a little closer. I think the Krone is a little heavier. For the same amount of money the Kuhn was the way to go.

Never owner a tedder but they are very popular in East Texas and it might be a help in my Bermuda horse hay operations when the weather window is compressed. I only sell small squares of horse hay quality. Tedder is a Kuhn GF 502 for $5100.
- Krone and Kuhn rakes - Hay & Forage ForumNo other damage. The Kuhn is a 2003 appears in good shape and runs good. No welds. Some slop where the rake arms slide onto the shaft of the cam (slop is up and down). None or minimal slop of the cams themselves. Slop mainly on the arms where the roll pins have been replaced with bolt and nut. Can get the Krone for $5000 and the Kuhn for $3500.
- Which new Disc mower would you buy? | Hay & Forage ForumI have a Kubota M7040. I have looked at the new Kuhns, GMD24 and GMD240, $800 difference in price. Also found a left over 2014 GMD 600 for a little less. Also looked at the Kubota mowers, they look lighter than Kuhn, about the same money. Really don't want one of the off brands like Forts, been there and done that.
