Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game and which device were you using to sync both the accounts? Were you trying to play on Windows 10/11 App?

The only problem was I'd played lots of levels for the Seasons Pass, took a 3 hour break and when I came back the font had been changed and my Seasons Pass was back to 0. Oh well onwards and upwards 😊

The King team is aware of this issue and working in a fix. But, they did posted a work-around tip for this glitch! You should find it as one of the articles in game's "Help Center".
