I ordered the 4th wheel from Rockler with my 20% coupon and purchase the remainder of the material. 1 1/2" square tube from a steel supplier and threaded rod and nuts from HomeDepot. The entire project cost me less than $45.

While I can't remeber exactly what various sizes of 2x* lumber cost in '19 I do remember buying maybe a couple dozen 2×4 at some unmemorable price and a dozen or so sheets of 7/16" x 4' x 8' OSB for $8.95/sheet in 3/19 for building garage shelving.

I needed something really portable, and didn't want to make a huge investment. I purchased the vacuum at Homedepot for $21 plus a few more dollars for the bucket. I gave it 5 stars because it works, and it's cheeper than dirt.
