Bookmark or Share- Once a case is remand is there a letter from the regional office saying ...I recently have had two separate remands, the first was a CAVC remand to the BVA and then the BVA remanded my appeal to the regional office, and I have received absolutely no letter/information whatsoever from the regional office, about this remand.

- BVA Timeline - Appealing Your Veterans ... - HadIt.com VeteransIt has been several weeks and all I was asking for was an earlier effective date (EED) that had supporting documents from a VA contractor C & P examiner’s opinion, including VAMC Medical records. I will most likely hit the three-year mark before my decision is made.
