Bookmark or Share- MakeMusic ForumYou should transpose the music down an octave BEFORE you copy the music onto the TAB staff. In that way you won't get negative fret numbers.

- MakeMusic ForumWith Virtual Drumline, you would need to manually load the instruments and name the staves. But, you would be able to use the VDL sounds within Finale 2006. The Finale GPO sounds can be used as a plugin within other applications that support VST/AU plugins. I don't know enough about GarageBand to say whether this could be setup in GarageBand or ...
- MakeMusic ForumSometimes we need to put too many notes in a bar (e.g. when irrational tuplets need to be beamed over a bar line, etc). Copying overfilled measure is a problem because Finale cuts the music at the bar line, recalculates the tuplets to accommodate it, creates a new inserted measure and dumps the excess in the new measure.
