She holds an Associates of Applied Science degree in Human Services from Highline College and attended the University of Washington & Central Washington University where she studied Public Health and Sociology.
- History of CASA - CASACASA programs across the country are known by several different names, including Guardian ad Litem, Child Advocates, and Voices for Children. Since the inception of CASA advocacy, volunteers have helped child victims of abuse and neglect find safe, permanent homes in which they can thrive.
