Bookmark or Share- Autosteer Not Working | Tesla Motors ClubSelect Controls> Autopilot>Autosteer (beta). Autosteer has to be enabled separately in each driver's profile. When you engage Autosteer with a double press of the right stalk, you'll get an audible confirmation as well as the steering wheel icon turning blue. When Autosteer is disengaged, the audible tones sound again but in the reverse order.
- Autosteer unavailable | Tesla Motors ClubI only recently started seeing the “autosteer temporarily unavailable” while driving on perfectly clear days with no fog, rain, or heavy snow, and it always occurred in the mornings between 6 AM and 7:30 AM. Sometimes autosteer would later become available during my 40 minute drive to work.

Will maintain a set speed and follow distance, adjusting for vehicles ahead of you going slower or not. That's it.
