Arthur K. Delaney (January 10, 1841 – January 21, 1905) was an American lawyer, Democratic politician, and pioneer of Wisconsin and Alaska. He was the first mayor of Juneau, Alaska, and was appointed United States District Judge for Alaska by President Grover Cleveland. More @Wikipedia
