Doctors in Germany have determined that John Demjanjuk, a retired autoworker accused of being an Nazi extermination camp guard, is fit to stand trial.

German authorities say they have charged retired Ohio auto worker John Demjanjuk with more than 29,000 counts of accessory to murder for his time as a guard at the Nazi's Sobibor death camp, and will seek his extradition from the U.S.

Nazi hunters urged Egypt on Friday to come clean about how much it knew about a fugitive dubbed "Dr. Death," who reportedly lived there for decades until he died in 1992.
