Senh: Makes sense. We're in one of the worst recessions since The Great Depression. Poverty in the U.S. equals families with six kids and annual income of about $21,000. Sure, that's very little money in our standands, but compared that to the average income of Chinese families who survive on less than $1,000 a year.
Senh: Finally, a department that's being fiscally responsible. Whoever's in charge of the U.S. Census Bureau should be in charge of our budget. States tend to spend whatever's given to them, including money they don't have. Here's a department who's only spending as much as it's necessary to get the job and done and gave the rest back to the government.
