The U.S. Census Bureau is giving back almost a quarter of the money it received to do its job this year.

Senh: Finally, a department that's being fiscally responsible. Whoever's in charge of the U.S. Census Bureau should be in charge of our budget. States tend to spend whatever's given to them, including money they don't have. Here's a department who's only spending as much as it's necessary to get the job and done and gave the rest back to the government.
