New Round In Court Set For Haverford Billboard War

HAVERFORD >> Haverford's billboard saga continues with an appeal filed by Delaware County Outdoor, LLC to a recent ruling by the Zoning Hearing Board.DC Outdoor in October 2013 filed a substantive validity challenge, alleging that township ordinances unconstitutionally excluded billboards, a legitimate business use, from the entire municipality.
