American Girl's new doll is out of this world -- or, at least, she wants to be. Luciana Vega, an 11-year-old aspiring astronaut, dreams of being the first person on Mars. She's the Wisconsin-based doll maker's 2018 Girl of the Year and debuts Jan. 1, 2018.
