The mosquito problem on Au­gusta’s Morris Street is nothing new. Richmond County Mosquito Control officials say it started more than a decade ago when elderly homeowners stopped maintaining their property. Help arrived Monday when mosquito fighters showed up with a thermal fogger, hoping to provide the neighborhood with a little relief.
