Updated 3:45 pm, Thursday, March 21, 2013 LOS ANGELES (AP) — The judge in the Bell, Calif., civic corruption case has declared a mistrial on remaining counts after the jury announced it was deadlocked. The mistrial was declared Thursday after a day of attempts to resolve dozens of remaining allegations against five former elected officials of the blue-collar town. All five were convicted of various other charges on Wednesday.
