Elizabeth Finkelstein Millennials are snapping up historic homes for less than $100,000 via Instagram account Cheap Old Houses, reported The New York Post's Shayne Benowitz. The pandemic is fueling their interest in these cheap homes, which typically involve extensive renovations that can exceed six figures. The founder of the account, Elizabeth Finkelstein, previously told Business Insider she wanted to bridge the gap between younger generations and historic homes.
