The Mexican government has approved eight more companies to receive access to data for 14 shallow-water oil drilling sites in the Bay of Campeche. Mexico has opened its energy sector to foreign investment for the first time in more than 70 years. The 14 shallow-water oil drilling sites have been placed up for lease as part of the first round of those energy reforms. Got Energy?
