Massachusetts Expands Mental Health Services

BOSTON (AP) — Massachusetts is awarding new grants to improve access to mental health and substance abuse services. Attorney General Martha Coakley announced Tuesday that her office is awarding $8 million from money the state received in a drug marketing settlement.
