Man Accused Of Robbing Subway Five Times

Joseph Hatton, 31 Joseph Hatton was a frequent visitor to the Subway Restaurant on Eubank and Central NE, and he was picking up more than just a sandwich. Hatton, 31, is accused of robbing the Subway on Eubank four times since May 30, and another Subway on Montgomery NE once, according to a criminal complaint filed in Metropolitan Court. He was arrested Monday after switching things up and allegedly robbing a gas station instead. Employees of the Valero gas station on Menaul and Tramway reported a man entered the store with something covering his face and demanded all the cash, according to the complaint. Hatton left in a white Dodge Neon and was arrested a couple miles away, according to the complaint.
