NEW YORK (AP) — The latest on the fatal shooting of a New York Police Department officer during a gunbattle and chase involving a stolen bicycle (all times local): 9:30 p.m. The National September 11 Memorial and Museum will be holding a brief tribute to honor the sacrifice of slain New York City Police Officer Randolph Holder and dedication of first responders. Members of the New York City Police Department and Port Authority Police Department will gather Thursday morning at the NYPD section of the memorial to victims of the 2001 terrorist attacks. Holder was shot in the head during a gunbattle in Manhattan's East Harlem on Tuesday night. The suspected shooter has been arrested on murder and robbery charges. ___ 8 p.m. A career criminal accused of fatally shooting a New York City police officer during a gunfight in Manhattan has been arrested on murder and robbery charges.
