Laketran To Begin Testing Automated Phone Call System

Beginning April 4, Laketran will begin testing an automated new phone call system that will call customers to confirm Dial-a-Ride reservations. Calls to Dial-a-Ride customers will be sent out between 7 and 9 p.m. the evening before their trip and will allow customers to cancel their ride at that time, if needed.
