Kpd: Father Intentionally Kills Kitten In Front Of Children

A Kingsport man has been arrested for fatally stomping and throwing a kitten in front of his children, according to police, because he was angry with their mother.Shaun L. Hardy, 32, of 308 Mullins St., is charged with aggravated animal cruelty. He was taken into custody on a warrant from Kingsport police on Monday afternoon, approximately 24 hours after the incident occurred on Chadwick Drive.According to an affidavit filed in Kingsport General Sessions Court, Hardy had visited an apartment to drop of his young children.
