Sega has announced that the classic fighting game series Virtua Fighter will be coming to Steam for the first time with Virtua Fighter 5 REVO, a remaster of the 2006 console battler. Described as “The Ultimate Edition of this legendary game”, REVO. features completely upgraded 4k graphics, multiple gameplay modes such as Arcade or Ranked Matches, improved network support for multiplayer matches, and allows users to create their own custom online tournaments or leagues with up to 16 invited players. SafeRent Solutions, an AI-driven tenant screening platform, has settled a class action lawsuit filed in Massachusetts. On Wednesday (Nov. 20), U. S. District Judge Angel Kelley gave final approval to a $2.3 million settlement agreement. The lawsuit alleged that SafeRent’s AI algorithm unfairly assigned lower scores to Black and Hispanic applicants, as well as individuals using housing vouchers, compared to other prospective tenants. However, the settlement does not include any admission of wrongdoing by SafeRent Solutions.
