MIAMI GARDENS — Miami Dolphins general manager Chris Grier’s first thoughts on undrafted rookie offensive lineman Andrew Meyer weren’t that he blocks with a strong anchor, is athletic enough for the outside-zone scheme or that he’s a fast learner. “He looks like a truck driver,” Grier comically quipped when asked about the Texas-El Paso product who earned a spot on the Dolphins’ initial 53-man active roster this week. But he and coach Mike McDaniel also think he looks like an NFL lineman.
