Taking a dip in the water to beat the heat wasn't an option Saturday at Memorial Park Beach in St. Clair Shores.The park's beach along Lake St. Clair, just east of Jefferson Avenue at Masonic Boulevard, was closed Saturday to due high bacteria levels, according to the Macomb County Health Department.
