Shortly after 6 a.m. JSO advised motorists to use caution because of standing water at the following locations: - Old St Augustine Rd and Bartram Rd. - 1st and 3rd Streets at Pearl St. - 3300 block of Rogero Rd. - Northbound Interstate 95 exit ramp to Golfair Blvd. - Park St.
