MIAMI — For the third time in the season’s first four home games, the Miami Heat have scheduled another ceremony, this time at Monday night’s game against the Sacramento Kings at Kaseya Center, for what the team is calling, “Medal Recognition Night.” As has been the team’s approach to Olympic commemoration, that is when a banner will be raised to honor Bam Adebayo’s gold medal with Team USA at this past summer’s Paris Games, just as Adebayo was honored for his gold at the Tokyo Games in 2021.
