ROGERSVILLE — Two men were arrested Wednesday night after after a gunshot was fired during an altercation at a trailer park involving a man with a gun and a man with a machete. Around 10 p.m. Wednesday, Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Adam Bledsoe responded to 222 Choptack Road near Rogersville where he met Michael Andrew McPeek, 31, 139 Heritage Drive, Rogersville. McPeek reportedly admitted that he had been carrying a machete through the trailer park owned by Wayne Price, 61, 211 Choptack Road, Rogersville, and that Price had fired a shot at him. McPeek stated that there had been on ongoing argument between himself and Price over earlier property damage that Price blamed on McPeek. Price reportedly told HCSO Sgt.
