Guyton Lawyer Runs For Magistrate In Effingham

Ransome David Swords of Guyton said a law degree isn’t required to be chief magistrate, but it sure would be helpful. Swords is the only lawyer among the three men running for chief magistrate in Effingham County on May 24. The three are running for the seat being vacated by Scott Hinson, who decided not to run for re-election.
