Stories Related to Georgia House District 162 Special Election Goes To Runoff

Garden City Rev. Carl Gilliard and Alicia Blakely of Savannah are headed to a runoff to determine which of them will be the incumbent in the May 24 primary race for Georgia House of Representatives District 162. According to unofficial results from the Chatham County Board of Elections, the two candidates were the top finishers in the special election Tuesday to finish the term of Rep.
