Four Orange County farms will receive $2.8 million in state grants to protect 540 acres of land in the towns of Warwick and Wallkill, according to Gov. Andrew Cuomo's office.The grants will come from the Hudson Valley Agricultural Enhancement Program, a $20 million pot of cash meant to help local farmers protect at-risk farmland from future development and maintain the land’s use for agricultural purposes, according to Cuomo's office.
