KINGSTON — Mark Kasmir Jr., 42, of Kingston remained behind bars at the Ulster County Jail on Tuesday after allegedly assaulting a nurse at a hospital last week.According to Kingston police, the attack occurred at HealthAlliance Hospital's Mary's Avenue campus on Friday. Kasmir allegedly grabbed the 55-year-old female nurse by the neck and strangled her.
