Following Colin Kaepernick's lead, former Oklahoma and current Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills dropped to one knee Sunday during the national anthem before his team's game against Seattle. However, Stills did something Kaepernick did not -- he placed his hand over his heart. On Tuesday, Stills tweeted a statement explaining his decision. If you can't see the tweet on mobile, tap here."Though I'll be on a knee, I'll continue to put my hand over my heart because I want to honor the people who make our country so special," Stills said in the statement.Kaepernick, along with many more athletes who have since joined his movement, began taking a knee during the national anthem in the preseason to draw attention to racial inequality in the United States."I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color," Kaepernick said told NFL.com.
