First Look At ‘pele’ Is Here

The first look at Pele has hot the web, and you can see it below. Pele tells the story of the Brazilian soccer phenomenon who gained worldwide fame. Michael and Jeff Zimbalist are writing and the directing the film, which has been described as an origin story “chronicling Pele’s rise from the slums of Sao Paulo to become the people’s hero when, as a 17-year-old, he led Brazil to its first World Cup victory, in 1958.” In the picture below you can see Leonardo Lima Carvalho, who plays Pele from ages 10 to 13, in the alleys of Bauro, Sao Palo playing with a soccer ball made of socks. The film stars Vincent D’Onofrio, Rodrigo Santoro, Diego Boneta, Colm Meaney and Seu Jorge.
