UPPER DARBY >> A two-alarm fire displaced eight people and one cat Saturday afternoon on the first block of Victory Avenue.Two volunteer firefighters suffered injuries and were transported to Delaware County Memorial Hospital for treatment.Deputy Fire Chief Tim Boyce was in the area when the alarm sounded and reported seeing fire coming out the back of a row house, one of three in a row of houses.
