A Lancaster man has been sentenced to nine years in prison for selling heroin laced with fentanyl to a man who later died of an overdose. Jonathan Thomas Lewis Terry, 25, was sentenced in Lancaster County General Sessions Court on Friday after pleading guilty to one count of distribution of heroin. “Handing over heroin laced with fentanyl is the same as shooting a bullet,” Circuit Judge Dan Hall said before sentencing Terry.
