Federal prosecutors on Monday asked a federal judge to grant former Chatham Area Transit official Joel Morris a reduced sentence based on his cooperation with the government in the case against former CAT head Chadwick Reese and others. Morris, 54, of Jacksonville, is scheduled for sentencing on Wednesday before U.S. District Judge William T.
