A European tiremaker plans to tread new territory in Spartanburg County. Italy-based Trelleborg Wheel Systems Inc. announced Tuesday it will build its first manufacturing facility for agricultural tires in North America, a $50 million investment that is expected to create 150 jobs by 2018.
