HOUSTON — The Miami Dolphins are optimistic left tackle Terron Armstead can make his target to return by the regular season opener on Sept. 10 at the Los Angeles Chargers, according to a report from the CBS4 broadcast of Saturday’s preseason game against the Houston Texans. Armstead was seen with a walking boot on his right foot on the sideline during the exhibition at NRG Stadium.
