Newly hired DePaul University head men’s basketball coach Chris Holtmann and his wife, Lori, in June paid $4 million for a six-bedroom, 5,500-square-foot mansion in Lincoln Park, not far from the school’s campus. Holtmann, 52, was hired by DePaul in March after serving as the head men’s basketball coach at Ohio State University for close to seven years. Prior to that, he had been the head coach at Butler University. In Lincoln Park, the Holtmanns’ new house was built in 2020 and is a custom-built, extra-wide house.
